Robots

Hope has an obsession with robots lately, she is so funny. Whenever you ask her to do something or get you something she tells us she wishes her robot would hurry up and get here so she wouldn't have to do all the work herself. Poor girl is so picked on.
My mom came to stay a few days while my dad was in Alaska. She told Hope we would go to Wal Mart so Hope brought her a piece of paper for a list. The conversation went something like this, most of it from Hope.. "grandma we need a list write down a toy, we need a toy grandma, (grandma writes toy and tells Hope we will see) "grandma we need a robot write down robot" Grandma to Hope I don't think they have made robots yet that we can afford. "But Grandma I need something to do my chores I am so tired of having to do everything around here: ( I am sitting on the couch not trying to lose it, I am cracking up). " I think a hamburger would be good grandma, ketchup only no pickles and a toy from McDonald's" Grandma writes hamburger. now they discuss the robot some more " Grandma I need fries and a rootbeer write that down by hamburger with ketchup only" grandma writes it down... Grandma I need a dog. A real dog not a stuffed one, a real one that breaths. Grandma tells Hope good luck with that one, she doesn't think Rich will go for it. Oh how wise Grandma is. "Grandma I need a chocolate donut, they are the best I loooove chocolate donuts"
The next day we go to Wal mart and manage to not get a toy but Grandma did spoil each of the girls with some clothes. Tymber got a new dress Hope got a purple short outfit and Autumn got a much loved Blackfoot Broncos hoodie. Of course we got a hamburger ketchup only for Hope and Tymber.
The robot conversation still comes up daily. She can not wait for her robot to get here that way she just doesn't have to do everything. Poor child we may need to check into the Child labor laws she is so over worked and under paid.
