Tooth

Hope had a really bad day yesterday (Sunday). She fell on the way into church and skinned her knee on the sidewalk so we put a cold cloth on it during Sacrament. Then Rich was tying a bow with a string that looked like a shoe lace and she was untying it and laughing.(I know bad in Church) then they kind of started to play tug of war, she put the string in her mouth and jerked her head back.. yep she loosened her bottom front tooth. A tooth that was not loose at all. OOPS.. My Ped is in our ward so when Sacrament got out we asked her what to do she looked at it and told us to take her to the dentist in the morning. So Rich and I took her home and the other 2 girls stayed. Once Church was over we went to Rick and Caralyns for the Super Bowl. They bought a projector and primed their wall white so we watched the Super Bowl on a huge projection screen, it was Awesome. Hope also fell again coming up our front stairs into the house... poor skinned knees.
Anyways getting off track here, I took her to the dentist today and he pulled her tooth. I was worried about her permanent tooth but he assured me her tooth coming out early would"t affect it. He said prob 4-6 mos and her permanent tooth would be in. She is fine and excited the "tooth fairy" is coming to visit. We had a conversation on the tooth fairy and I made the mistake of referring as a "him" she quickly informed me the tooth fairy was a girl. All is well, not how we planned on her losing the first tooth but oh well.

It's expensive when the dentist has to take out the tooth!

You could have brought her to Dr Behrend. I LOVE loose teeth. She would be about the right age to have them falling out of her mouth anyway...wouldn't she?
All is all, she looks adorable with or without her tooth.
