listed

We finally signed papers on the house and listed it. it felt like it took FOREVER to get to this point. Im still not compleatly satisfied there is still some work that could be done and i wish there was more time to de-junk and clean but I'm not sure I would ever feel ready.  Here is hoping for a quick sell.
