Sweet 16

Tymber turned 16! Wow I really cant believe my kids are getting so old. We have kind of had a crappy summer with packing and packing and packing some more. My kids haven't got to do anything fun. I did send Tym to Civitan in June and she loved it.

Originally we were going to do her party on the 7th which was also my 25th anniversary but we ended up having a house showing that night. Tymber was going to plan a double date for her Birthday but the second couple backed out at the last minute. Then we were going to send her to girls camp and the 4th year hike the day of her birthday. She is behind a year in girls camp because of CAP last year. She wasn't thrilled about that to much but agreed to go. At the last minute Jaron decided he was going to go to a concert in Nampa and take Tym with him. No one else likes their music (HAHA). He is about the only person I would trust to take her into a setting like that. I normally would never allow her to go to a concert like that but your only 16 once.

So we had a quick party for her. Her friend Sam came over and they went bowling for a while. Then my parents and Zoey came for dinner. I wasn't that good at getting pictures. Tym requested creamy broccoli cheese soup with bread bowls. Never mind it was 90 degrees outside. She also wanted a Batman/DR. Who cake but it was way to expensive to order. So Autumn made her a cake from scratch and decorated it. I think it turned out pretty good. Tymber is a total geek and wanted Batman and Dr. Who stuff for her birthday. Plus I bought her concert ticket.

Her fun cake! It was yummy too.

She wanted lots of pins for her backpack
