Thanksgiving and Pizza

My Uncle Larry and Aunt Christy were here from South Dakota. We have not seen them since I was pregnant with Hope, so probably 11 years. We usually go to Caralyns for Thanksgiving but she wasn't hosting this year. I offered to cook dinner at my moms house but Lorie called and invited us to dinner. That was fine by me. Lorie was excited because she and Rory were on a mission the past 2 holidays. All of her kids were there except Heather and Josh, they had tickets to the Dallas Cowboys game, but the grandkids were there. She invited my parents and Larry & Christy as well. Autumn went to Jaron's side of the family. We had a great time with everyone.

My parents were leaving for Arizona on the 2nd and I forgot to bring them their gifts so we decided to drive to Idaho Falls Friday. My dad had mentioned he wanted a tv so Rich and I went to Costco Friday and bought a 50" tv for them. My brothers went in on the television with us.

We also decided to go to a place in Rire called Stoplight Pizza. Home of the 32" pizza. This pizza was HUGE. It was a lot of fun to go get pizza there. Their cheese sticks are so good. We ordered 2 pizzas I got a small one for the girls of cheese/pepperoni and the rest of us had the 32" supreme. The piece were so big one piece filled us up. It was pretty decent pizza. We ended up taking 3 large pizza boxes home, thats how much was left over and we were all stuffed.
Hopes hand showing how big a piece is.

After pizza and on the way home we had to stop in Blackfoot for a viewing. Our neighbor passed away. She had been in pretty bad pain from failed back surgery quite a few years. The past several months her pain was almost unbearable. We lived next to them for 15 years almost and they are such sweet people. she was 81 and they have been married 62 years. When we were sealed we made it a point to have a room with wheel chair access so she could come to the sealing even though it was painful. Harold LOVES Tymber and when we walked into the viewing he just hugged and hugged her and didn't want to let her go. It was sad. He is so lost missing his sweet wife and it will be difficult for him. I feel bad but it is for the best knowing she is now pain free.
