Hope's Report Card

Today Hope came home with her second term report card for kindergarten. It looks like she is doing well and she loves to go to school. She has not been absent at all so far this year. I think her favorite thing is to have P.E. on Thursdays. She really looks forward to it. In Personal and Social Development there are 10 categories, she received 8 M's and 2 S's. The M's are for Meets or Exceeds expectations. The S's are for Satisfactory. In language Arts she received 6 M's and 4 S's. In Math there were only 5 checked, she received 3 M's 2 S's and 1 N the N is for needs improvement, the area that was marked was organizes data an creates graphs. Hmmm, I think I need to roll my eyes to wonder why graphs are being taught in kindergarten.
